LEAD seeks to provide quality educational options, programs, and services for children and families throughout Connecticut.

LEAD strives to ensure that students and parents across Connecticut have access to a system of effective schools and programs that are diverse and equitable and put students on a path to succeed in the college and career of their choice.

LEAD also provides educational opportunities, programs, and resources to support a vibrant and well-represented community throughout Connecticut.

In partnership with CivxNow, LEAD offers civic education classes and spearheads voter registration and mobilization efforts to encourage community participation.

Financial Literacy

LEAD provides financial literacy programs tailored to the needs of small businesses and individuals, aiming to improve the financial health of the Latino community.

Universal History

LEAD develops and disseminates content on global history through online resources and workshops, emphasizing diverse historical perspectives and contributions.

Health & Wellbeing

LEAD focuses on the holistic health of the Latino community, offering initiatives and workshops on emotional well-being and health resource access.

Latinos for Educational Advocacy and Diversity was founded by a group of parents with the purpose of being an active voice for families throughout Connecticut.

The mission of LEAD is to expand educational options and opportunities in the state of Connecticut, promote an equitable society, and create an educated and civically engaged community.

Together we can transform our state and gain true representation and power!
