LEAD strives to ensure that students and parents across Connecticut have access to a system of effective schools and programs that are diverse and equitable and put students on a path to succeed in the college and career of their choice.

In partnership with CivxNow, LEAD offers civic education classes and spearheads voter registration and mobilization efforts to encourage community participation.
Financial Literacy
LEAD provides financial literacy programs tailored to the needs of small businesses and individuals, aiming to improve the financial health of the Latino community.
Universal History
LEAD develops and disseminates content on global history through online resources and workshops, emphasizing diverse historical perspectives and contributions.
