Taino CoLAB Academy in New Haven has received state approval and is projected to open in Fall 2027. The proposed campus will expand access to innovative, community-centered public charter education in the New Haven area.
The school is designed to provide students with strong academic preparation while fostering leadership development, cultural awareness, and real-world learning opportunities.
As planning moves forward, equitable support and sustainable funding remain essential to ensure students and families can benefit from this new educational option.
