Dominican Leaders in Education is a LEAD initiative built to uplift, connect, and inspire the Dominican community through education and leadership. Our work centers on creating spaces where culture is celebrated, voices are heard, and opportunities grow.

Through community events, educational programs, and leadership development, we strengthen families, support students, and help shape future leaders across Connecticut. This initiative reflects the pride, unity, and vision of a community investing in its next generation.
